IPL MEGA AUCTION 2022

It is that time of the year again. Another IPL mega-auction is around the corner and excitement is abuzz among franchises and fans alike. 
Two new Teams Lucknow Super Giants and Gujrat Titans are part of the IPL this time, who are looking to forge a new identity and to create a new brand image which adds to the dynamics of the impending auction.

IPL auction 2022 is a big hype.  It is the 15th IPL auction and the fifth mega auction, with the last big one held in 2018. The auction will be broadcast on the Star Sports network in India. A total of 590 players (370 Indian and 220 foreign) will be up for grabs.

Some of the top names missing from the auction list are Chris Gayle, Ben Stokes, Mitchell Starc, Jhye Richardson, Kyle Jamieson, Sam Curran, Dan Christian, Joe Root, Chris Woakes, Tom Banton, and Matt Henry, among others.
