Today, I am sharing with you eggless, vegetarian keto meals that I eat frequently.. Mostly I stick to 3 meals per day, but on a day that I do heavy weight exercise then I do eat a 4th meal as well.

2 minute Microwave Bread
- 3 tbsp of whey isolate protein.
- 2 tbsp of superfine almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 tbsps of water and 2 tbsps… so 6 tbsps of water in total, but divided as 4 and 2 tbsps.
- 1/4th cup ground flax seeds. I am using brown, but if you have yellow flaxseed meal you can use that as well
- And
- Oil for oiling bowl or ramekins, which is optional

- In a small mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients except ground flaxseeds. Whisk the ingredients and keep them aside.
- Take ground flaxseeds in another bowl and to it add 4 tbsps of water and whisk thoroughly. Make sure there are no lumps in this mixture.
- Transfer this mixture to the previously whisked dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then add the other 2 tbsps of water and mix well.
- Oil the insides of ramekins
- Equally distribute the mixture between each ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in the microwave and cook the mixture for 90 seconds.
- Remove them from microwave and let them hang around for a couple minutes at room temperature .
- Run a butter knife around the edges of the bread to loosen it from the bowl.
- Now they should easily slide out from the bowls.
- Cut them in half and slather them with some salted butter or your favorite keto spreads.
These two breads make one serving and each serving is about 210 cal with 14 grams of protein, 2.7 net carbs and 12g of fat.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Here are the ingredients that I use for making this shake
- My Homemade almond milk, but store brought almond milk can be used as well.
- If you prefer to make it like I do, then you need to blend 1/4th cup of overnight soaked almonds with 1/2 cup of water. You can store this in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- 100% Cocoa powder
- Eyrithritol - Monk Fruit Sweetener which is optional. My protein powder is already sweetened with erythritol blend. So I don't add, but if you feel the need then you can add 1-2 tsp in your shake.
- Peanut Flour or Peanut powder which is not defatted. A lot of peanut powders have their fats removed. So make sure to buy the one which isn't defatted.
- Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Vanilla flavor. This is already sweetened with erythritol blend.
- Water, which is optional, in case you want your shake a little thinner than what I make and lastly,
- Coffee ice cubes.

To prepare shake,
- Add 1 cup of homemade almond milk to the blender jar. If you are using unstrained almond milk, make sure to shake the bottle to get uniformly mixed almond milk.
- 4-5 frozen coffee cubes or /3 cup of cold black coffee.
- And
- 1 tbsp of 100% cocoa powder.
Blend everything together. I prefer to blend these in the beginning, because
- whenever there is more than one powdered ingredient, like I have here, then the there is a good chance that the powders will form tiny lumps or
- some of them my just fly towards the sides of the blenders.
Anyways..
Then add
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 tbsps of whey isolate powder
- I skipped addition of sweetener, but if you want you can add 1-2 tsp of sweetener
Blitz everything, starting from the lowest setting and then moving to high power.
Transfer it to a serving container and enjoy yourself merrily.
If you are like me and hate to wash away shake sticking to the jar, then risen the blender jar with 1/2 cup of cold water and add it to your shake. Stir and drink on…
