After a total of two 1-mile runs, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats with a 20-lb weighted vest, former United States Navy SEAL Josh Bridges won his eighth Games event, posting the fastest time in Murph at the 2016 CrossFit Games.
