WEIGHT TRAINING FOR WOMEN OVER 50.I teach you how in this follow along workout with dumbbells. I’m Rae from Live Yourself Young and continuing with my weight training for women over 50 series this workout is to help you learn some basic weight training exercises with dumbbells using correct form. This workout is a progression from my full body workout where we used just your own bodyweight.

But today we have 10 exercises and we are going to do 1 set of each exercise and I want you to think quality and not quantity. It is better to achieve 5 high quality reps with correct form than doing 12 reps but losing form. You will need 2 sets of dumbbells - one heavier and one lighter.
