Running Across Vancouver's North Shore Twice in One Day - VANCOUVER 100K |
![]() |
The Vancouver 100k follows the Baden Powell Trail, traversing Vancouver's North Shore mountains from east to west, at which point runners turn around and head all the way back to Deep Cove where they started. It's considered to be one the most difficult 100k's routes around, due to its technical trails, and more than 5,500 metres of elevation gain. This would be a training run for me and a bit of a tune up in preparation for my goal 100 mile race in 10 weeks.
