A 3D printer that just works? - AnkerMake M5 Review

video thumbnail
Another contender in a new generation of 3D printers, this time from electronics giant Anker. In this thorough and transparent review, we put the AnkerMake M5 through its paces, to determine if it only looks good, or whether it can back up its hyped marketing.

I actually did quite a few more prints beyond what was shown in this video. They were custom, boring brackets and adaptors that make up most of my 3D printing. They weren’t included to keep the video concise, and because they didn’t communicate anything more than the test prints that were showcased.

This machine was provided free of charge by AnkerMaker for the purposes of review. I heard rumours of AnkerMake asking other content creators to sign binding contracts before receiving the printer, but this was not requested of me. The only agreement was that the M5 would be tested in accordance with my own review policy. All opinions expressed are my own.
