On May 5, CADCA hosted a webinar to help community and state leaders learn how to plan and implement effective strategies to prevent and reduce prescription drug abuse. Using CADCA’s community problem-solving model as the basis, CADCA’s expert trainers took participants through the process of developing a logic model and theory of change so they could identify the root causes of their local Rx drug abuse problem and think strategically about solutions. Presenters included David Lamont Wilson with SAMHSA; Carlton Hall with CADCA's National Coalition Institute; and Amy Haskins, with the Jackson County Anti-Drug Coalition.
