The Mueller Report is out. It’s probably worse than you think.

The Mueller report is finally out and it’s not what anyone expected (especially if expected what was in Attorney General William Barr’s four page summary).

Here’s the thing: Mueller created a legal framework that would have allowed him to find the President innocent, but it would not have allowed him to indict the President, accuse him of a crime, or find him guilty. This is not an unreasonable position, but many people are going to be unhappy with it.
