First things first.
Thank you for clicking on this description! At this point in my “content creation” experience, it is very exciting just to imagine that people watch my videos. I do a metaphoric backflip for each new subscriber. I know, I’m new. There are amazon affiliate links sprinkled around in here. These are items that I have found to bring joy to my life and I hope they do the same for you. If you click on the link and actually buy something from amazon, I will receive a small commission with no extra cost to you. Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain by Betty Edwards: https://amzn.to/3m6WhnT I generally practice drawing with a Canson Mix Media sketchbook, 7x10 or (as shown on this video) 9x12. The paper is 98lb, which is heavy enough for a light watercolor wash. You can easily find this at your local art supply store or on amazon: https://amzn.to/3XTWs3m I like to draw with a soft lead pencil between 3B and 6B. In the video, I’m using a 6B “Blick Studio” pencil, which you can find at Blick Art. If you want to order an identical product made by Faber-Castell, you can get a box set with different lead compositions (hard to soft) here: https://amzn.to/3EAU62u ——— If you liked this video, try watching some of my watercolor vlogs!
