Certainly! Puff patties, also known as puff pastries, are delightful baked or fried treats made from layers of flaky dough. They can be either crispy or savory, and their buttery, crispy texture is simply irresistible.
Recipe Process and its Ingredients:
Making Dough:
All purpose flour : 1 cup
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Thymol seeds : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Pour water little by little and make smooth dough
Grease it with oil
Cover it and rest it for 15 minutes

Making Stuffing:
Oil : 2 tbsp
Cumin : 1/2 tsp
Garlic chopped : 1 tsp
Onion chopped : 1 small size
Green chili chopped : 2
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/3 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Flame : low
Pour little bit water
Boiled potato : 2 medium size
Fresh coriander chopped

Making Slurry:
All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
Pour little by little amount of water and make a paste

Assembling:
Dust flour on counter
make shape
Potato stuffing
Paste slurry on corners

Frying:
Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry it on very low flame
Total frying time : 8 to 10 minutes
