6 Red flags of emotional abuse include isolating you from friends, using triangulation to garner other people's praise or sympathy, tearing you down and especially when you are down, blaming you for absolutely everything and even for the simplest of errors, patronizing you and talking down to you with a passive-aggressive tone. And one of the greatest red flags of emotional abuse and narcissistic abuse is that you feel crazy!

A narcissist has many red flags but when you are not looking for them, you can get sucked into a world of narcissistic triangulation, isolation, gaslighting, and confusion easily! The narcissistic relationship causes deep emotional abuse and it can take decades to heal from narcissistic abuse.
