I'm sharing what I eat for optimum health with Hashimoto's disease. This thyroid diet is really more of a lifestyle, and this healthy diet plan has truly helped my hypothyroidism and autoimmune disease symptoms. In general, how I eat really closely resembles a paleo diet. I know many thrive on the autoimmune protocol diet (AIP) or some other kind of autoimmune disease diet, so I think it's important to find what works for you, as everyone's body is different. I have seen weight loss as a result of eating this way, but, more importantly, I feel so much more healthy than I did before this Hashimoto's diet plan.
