In this video, the 16th international Senshusei perform kihon waza techniques at the Kagami Biraki Enbu at the Ochiai honbu dojo in Tokyo, Japan. After sitting in seiza the challenge was to get to our feet without breaking an ankle. The first few moves were performed on jelly legs!
