We are the Garth Newel Piano Quartet, coming to you virtually from the idyllic setting of Hot Springs, VA.
Having performed on five continents, and at such prominent venues as Carnegie Hall, we take pleasure in expanding the piano quartet repertoire through our annual competition for rising composers. We regularly commission and premiere music of our contemporaries, including Pulitzer Prize winners.
