Authorities in New Zealand on Monday (January 30) said “more adverse weather” was expected in Auckland in the coming days after flash floods and landslides hit the city amid record downpours.

Four people have lost their lives over the last three days and a state of emergency remains in place in Auckland and further south in regional Waitomo.
