A low pressure area (LPA) and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to bring cloudy skies and rainy weather to Mimaropa on Wednesday while parts of Visayas and Mindanao will have a similar weather condition due to the same weather system, the state weather service reported.
