Palawan and parts of Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy and rainy weather on Tuesday as the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) remains the dominant weather system in the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
