In this workout, we are going to be doing some great sitting and standing exercises using a medicine ball.

The medicine ball is another excellent choice when deciding on workout equipment. They also come in different weights and sizes which contribute well to varying your workouts.

For this session, we’ll be both sitting and standing covering both your upper and lower body.
These exercises also focus on strengthening your core muscles that are important for your balance and posture which we use throughout the day.

As always with each of our workouts only do what you feel comfortable with and never force any movements that may cause you pain or discomfort. Go at your own pace and don’t forget to drink lots of water.
