If you want to make the workout harder, you can add in a resistance band or ankle weights. The song is You And I by Dreamcatcher. Do this 3-4 times for maximum effect and/or pair with other toning workouts. The video consists of moves that target your butt, helping you get a tighter and lifted look! If you want to burn excess fat from this area, you will need to pair with any cardio workout. Drink plenty of water and take as many breaks as needed.
