A securities arbitration is governed by the FINRA Code of Arbitration, which requires that the hearing take place in a city closest to where the claimant lives. FINRA currently holds hearings in all 50 states as well as in Puerto Rico, making it very convenient for most investors to pursue a FINRA arbitration close to home. |
