I’m absolutely fizzing about sharing this one- just in time for Mental Health awareness week in New Zealand- Sir John Kirwan.

Mental health has never had more chat than what it currently gets. This guy was the trailblazer. NOBODY really talked about this stuff publically before Sir John.

There are so many tips, tricks and tools from JK in this conversation that we can all use to improve our mental health. We also reminisce a little bit about his time as a butcher, an All Black and a DB Bitter Warrior.
