It will vary for each individual depending on factors such as age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, EPOC Rate, etc. A variation in any of these factors can alter the amount of calories that you burn. The on-screen burn number is my total (or estimated total) burned at the end of the workout averaged across the whole workout, so it will not be a perfect live reading because I do not have that technology yet, but it results in the same total and gives an estimate of progress. I recommend you use your own Fitbit or activity tracker and input your own stats into their app for a more individualized estimate. I calculate all of my calories using my or Fitbit versa with the “workout", "circuit training", "Pilates or “boot camp” setting. My current stats are 29 years old, 5’5”, and I weigh 155 lbs.
