Let's sweat, burn and feel amazing! This power hiit workout with weights include strength compound exercises for upper body, such as shoulder press, angel and arm raises.
Get ready to sweat, burn hard and give everything you have got! !
For this hiit workout challenge, you will need a pair of dumbbell and your mat!
We will begin with a warm up cardio hiit and continue with strength, core and abs compound exercises and finish strong with upper body finisher challenge for best weight loss results.
The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are5 lbs each!
This is a demanding workout so make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
