Heartbeats of Hamsadhwani |
|
"Heartbeats of Hamsadhwani" is a song that took some time to develop. The music was composed first by Sajith Pallippuram, celebrating the spirit of the Raaga - Hamsadhwani; and then PK Muraleekrishnan wrote a beautiful poetry into it.
Then Sunilal Cherthala took the song in a different direction - by bringing in overtone singing and chorus harmonics. The key instruments for the back ground music is human voice and then the beautiful flute by Subhash Cherthala. Sumeshlal Cherthala added his bit by playing on different instruments, including a wooden bench. Unni Krishanan Yavanika and his team are putting the finishing touches on this song shot at Manu Jose's Ala Centre at Mulanthuruthi. Hamsadhwani is a raaga that brings in happiness, and we hope we have not failed in doing so.
