So the main difference between the 2 machines is the resistance levels?
When it comes to general structure of the machines then they are very similar. However, the color scheme and resistance levels are a different. The M3 comes in a sleek black color with white lettering and red accents. The M5 comes in a shiny silver color with red and black accents.
The M3 has 8 resistance levels which work well for most people as they are made to very hard. The M5 comes in a whopping 16 resistance levels. The best part about this is you can grow through a wide choice of resistance levels. To change the resistance levels in the M5 you press up/down buttons on the console while in the M3 you use dials instead of buttons.
