Easy Pork Pies filling cooked in the Tefal Cook 4 Me and the pies are cooked in the Pie maker. The easiest and best pastry for this recipe is Hot Water Pastry and we show you how to make that too. It's different to any other pastry you have seen. INGREDIENTS: For the Pork Pies 500g lean pork 100g bacon 2 bay leaves 1/2 onion 1 clove garlic small handful of celery tops or you could use celery salt 250g chicken stock 1 1/2t vege salt 1/2t pepper 2 sheets of gelatine leaves For the Hot water Pastry 250g plain flour 150 mls boiling water 50g butter 1t salt 50g lard Food is fun, we hope you enjoy our journey.
