The EXP7i comes with a 7” HD touchscreen which you use to operate your workout programs. While the treadmill does not have any on-board programs you get thousands from the provided iFit app. With each purchase of the EXP7i you get one free year subscription to iFit. The Sole F63 comes with a smaller 6.5” LCD screen that enables you see your workout progress. The console can be integrated to other mobile apps hence allowing for fitness tracking and sharing. The Sole app is compatible with both Android and iOS. The Sole F63 comes with 10 preset workouts which lack in the Nordictrack EXP7i.
