You take seeds and you put them in... The farmer takes the seeds and puts them on the ground. Not every seed makes it. Some of them land in water and get soggy and they don't sprout. Some of them land on top of dirt where there's no foundation, and then some of them actually land where the ground was tilled up a little bit there. Those are the ones that start to grow. Now, you look at this in a couple different ways. Not all seeds grow at the same time. Some are going to take a little longer than others.

What I'm saying is we have 100 seeds here. I want to know which seeds are going to make it. I don't care how long it takes. Those are the ones I want to talk to. Everybody put in that room, put it in there if you're going to make it.

We're going to talk about being a success, a winner, claiming everything. Don't you dare ever, ever have a seed of doubt in your brain. Let's think about this. There are some of the biggest companies in the world out there. All the top companies, 5 billion, 8 billion, 10 billion, 12 billion a year. Why not us? Why do we think so small? Why not us? I will not sleep. I will not lay down. I will not close my eyes until we are the biggest company in the industry.
