In this video, Chris Terry explains how although we may get knocked off course, we must stick to the master plan; the master vision.

In the book, 'Think and Grow Rich' it said you got to start with the master plan. You got to start with the master plan. It doesn't matter your plan. The master plan is for you to start off in life where you are now and to get to the other end. It doesn't matter how you get there as long as you leave a variance and are flexible to make the changes along the way. Because when you write down all your goals, your micro-goals, your hourly goals, your daily goals, your weekly goals, your yearly goals, your life goals, things are going to happen.

If you paint yourself into a corner, if you paint yourself into a corner, right? If I paint this whole floor, now I'm stuck in a corner. I can't get out. I can't go. I make footprints. But if you leave a variable to make changes to your plan ... Like a plane, you're up in the air, and all of a sudden turbulence hits. The planes go lower or they go higher or they go to different sides. They make changes. Yes, their plan is to go this way, but they make changes. You have to make some changes in your current schedule to get where you want to go.

You have to have that master plan that you know where you're going to go. It doesn't matter how you get there. What you got to do and what I've always done was I know where I'm going, I know I'm going to get there, but I'm going to have problems along the way, but my goal is still to get there. Your job, your goal, is not IM Academy. Your goal is to get to success.
I don't need to impress somebody or spend a hundred thousand on a jet flight. I spend 800 bucks. I take the rest of my money, I put it to work. Stop impressing everybody. Seriously, I'm telling you right now, we're starting from zero.

My goal in 2013, I said, "Let's do it. We're going to do it. Yes, we're going to do it," and we start going along and boom, and I'm like "It's okay, man. I don't care how we get there. That's my goal. I'm going to get there. I just have to make changes." I got up and stood up again, and a few times we had a couple of punches here and there, and now the goal was to have thousands of people come and celebrate and get us to the next level, and we're here.
