The "Show Cooking" is back on Wednesday at 6pm and for the 1st time in english ! Get ready to cook with our International Student Chefs Cole & Joy and presented by Emile What's on the menu ? Ricotta Gnudi (gnocchi) with mushrooms and spinach Ingredients needed : Gnudi (gnocchi) - 225g fresh ricotta cheese - 20 g freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano - 1 extra-large egg, lightly beaten - 5g unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg - 68g all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting - 40g Semolina flour Sauce / Garnish - Kosher salt - 32g extra-virgin olive oil - 225g mushrooms cleaned and cut into rough 2-inch segments - 4 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthwise - 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves - 113g unsalted butter, cut into pieces - 200g baby spinach (washed) - 18g finishing-quality extra-virgin olive oil - Wedge of Parmigiano-Reggiano, for grating - 1 lemon, for zesting Equipment: - Spatula - Mixing Bowl - Microplane zester - Scale - Spider / Skimmer - Knife Ready ?
