How can we ensure that we lead with purpose in our professional lives? Through a number of great examples and thought provoking questions, Maeztu shares his view on what "inclusive leadership" entails. In a world of increasing inequality and climate change where communities face new challenges, it becomes even more relevant for leaders to practice meaningful business. Juvencio Maeztu holds a degree in economics and an MBA. He started his professional career as the Finance Manager in an Engineering company. He then joined Fronda in 1994 –a production and retailing company- as store manager to become some years later the Managing Director of the company. He joined IKEA in 2001 in Spain and has had diversified experience in managing stores and business expansion responsibilities in Spain, Portugal and United Kingdom. He became CEO IKEA India in 2012 and led the establishment and expansion of the company in this country. After a short period in IKEA Group as Chief Sustainability Officer, he has been recently appointed as CFO and Deputy CEO of the IKEA Group.
