So, the main difference between these two is the incline/decline range
NordicTrack S22i comes with a decline in range of 10% and an incline of up to 20%. This allows you to customize your workout intensity and burn more calories faster hence losing weight. It also allows you to change your workout terrain as you would when riding outside. Both Peloton and Echelon EX5s don't have an incline/decline range.
