This is a quality indoor bike that can provide a studio-like cycling experience. NordicTrack S22i has a 22-inch touchscreen that is built into it. This allows you to stream on-demand and live classes. Unlike regular models, this bike offers up to 24 levels of resistance. It even includes incline levels up to 20% and decline levels of up to -10%. The bike, therefore, allows you to challenge your body every time you wish to spin it. You can pair this bike with a heart rate monitor or headphones since it supports Bluetooth and wifi. The bike also has a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs which is higher than what most cycling bikes offer. You will also notice other useful components in this bike, such as an ergonomic saddle, two water bottle holders, and built-in speakers. This bike comes with pedal cages that can give you more stability, especially during intense spinning sessions.
