External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar met his Turkish Counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu and held talks on Cyprus. This comes a day after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan raked up the issue of Kashmir at the UN General Assembly. EAM met Cavusoglu on the second day of his engagements on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session on Sept 21.
