In this video your trainer Mr America & Natural Mr Universe John Heart shows how men over 40, men over 50, and beyond, can adjust their training frequency to accomodate the changes in their recovery ability as a way to get maximum muscle growth!
If having maximum muscle mass, the best and most functional physique is the goal through the decades, proper adjustments to the frequency of training with high intensity, maximum effort, or maximum workout weights and the addition of Not to Failure workouts is mandatory!
Of course, having a great physique is only good if its injury free. John shows how to adjust the type of workout to avoid injury. Wear and tear injuries can happen from overuse.
