tiktok: http://tiktok.com/@fitwithzoe @fitwithzoe been asked by a few of you to show what my training routine is like in lockdown! i don’t really have a set routine or split like i would if we had access to the gym, but i try to move my body as much as i can while also taking care of my mental health. lockdown has been really hard on everyone, so i try to give myself grace for not exercising as often as i normally would, and doing much less intense workouts than i normally would.
