"Pick up the phone and call your local VFW. Get in touch with a service officer. You know, call our national headquarters if you need help. We're here to help you. We're here to provide those services. We'll get you, we'll steer you in the right direction. It's intimidating for an individual to try and go through that, work themselves through that maze called the veterans administration. And the fact of the matter is, if we represent you and other creditable service organizations, you're 70% more likely to be successful and you claim the first time you do it. 70% more likely because we know what we're doing. We have the best trained service officers in the nation."
