first ⚫ long press whatsapp, tab i⚠️ icon, tab notifications allow all notifications or go to phone settings, notifications find dual whatsapp enable notifications,
second ⚫ open whatsapp, tab 3dot, settings, notifications, again 3dot now reset notifications settings, now you will received whatsapp notifications

some cases few contact or some whatsapp contact notifications not coming, follow this step, first open whatsapp, now select contact name, tab contact profile, mute nothing if this contact mute notifications enable u don't received whatsapp nothing now turn off mute notifications
