Hugo is a humanist technologist, meaning he is passionate about technology centered around the interests, needs and well-being of humanity. He is currently embracing on a journey with Alpsquare, a digital HR agency, and leading the product strategy and development of a one stop shop talent management platform called Talentsquare. Prior to entering in the entrepreneurial world, Hugo was actively engaged with AIESEC, the largest youth led organization in the world, having been President at a global level. Hugo discovered the incredible power of cultures, and the impact passionate young people can have when they believe in a common purpose. These experiences led him to be named the world's most globally connected individual by Western Union and today he aspires to become a thought leader in the field of entrepreneurship, product & digital strategy and personal development.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
