WHY I STARTED TAKING CREATINE AGAIN...(THE REAL REASON)

Creatine is a supplement most of you know about. To be honest with yo, I stayed away from creatine for quite a while until I decided to hop back on it again a couple months ago. I wanted to go more in depth as to why I started taking it again and whether its a good idea to take it if youbve been on the fence for a while. Ive had a great expoerice with creratine so far and I don't plan to cycle off anytime soon. Creatine has been effective, and I appreciate the opportunity to see the benefits of what creatine has to offer. Creatine is now part of my daily supplement routine and Im seeing the benefits for sure.
A couple reasons why we take creatine
#1 Strength: Creatine allows for our creatine stores in our muscle to be "topped off" allowing us to achieve that fuller look and gain more strength

#2: Muscle mass: Creatine allows us to look fuller and feel fuller and allows us to lift heavier weight, increasing our strength and muscle mass overtime

#3: May lower blood sugar. There are studies that indicate creatine lowers glucose levels in animals and humans'
