Sure, for some things. It can be effective for pain management for the right patient, but it's not doing anything magic.

If your Traditional Chinese Medicine or acupuncture practitioner tries to tell you that the poor flow of Qi is causing all diseases, RUN.

Some TCM practitioners are great! Some are terrible. Just like with all things.

Just watch out for the "magic bullet" thinking.
