Ingredients:
450grams pancit bihon 200 grams pancit canton 1/4 kg chicken (pre-cooked) 1/4 kg chicken liver chopped 1/4 kg chicken gizzard chopped 1/4 shrimp chopped 1 onion chopped 4 cloves garlic 4 tbsp oyster sauce 4 tbsp soy sauce 1 medium carrot 1/4 kg green beans 1 small head cabbage,shredded cooking oil salt and ground pepper Instructions: 1. Soak Bihon in a bowl of warm water until soft and drain. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion. 3. Add chicken gizzard. Cook until lightly brown. 4. Add Chicken. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Add chicken liver then add shrimp. 6. Add salt and pepper. Stir until flavors are combine for about 3 minutes. 7. Add green beans, carrots and cabbage. 8. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce .Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and set aside. 9. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion and add the chicken broth. 10. Add oyster sauce soy sauce and ground pepper. Bring to a boil. 11. Add bihon and canton noodles to the liquid. Mix well and sit until tender. 12. Add the chicken-vegetable mixture on top. 13.
