This time on the show, let's casually read through the second issue of PSM from October of 1997. I bought both the first issue and this issue off of the newsstand, before sending in the subscription card. PSM was pretty much the only gaming magazine that I read during my PlayStation career. While the free demo disc that came with the "official" magazine was tempting, it was also more expensive, especially when I was paying just $1 per issue for my PSM subscription.

- People are inevitably going to ask why I didn't upload this video to the main channel. Maybe most of you won't see the difference in the end product, but far less work went into this video than into a usual "Let's Read". I did not pre-read the magazine or do any research ahead of time, and I did not record any new game play footage (any included footage was stuff I already had on-hand). I recorded the read-through around lunch time and spent maybe 4 hours editing it. Normally a Let's Read episode takes 20-25 hours to make, from start to finish. So in my mind, this video is not up to the standard required for the main channel. It was really just something that I sat down and did for fun, and as a distraction from current events.

- Once again I did not use a noise gate when post-processing the audio. Next time I am going to try repositioning the mic a bit farther away from my face, which should quiet down some of the mouth noises.
