Caleb and Nate took on the CrossFit Open 14.4 WOD right after the official announcement. Both athletes had strategies for breaking up this high-repetition workout, and where they were able to stick to their plans it helped. Nate pulled ahead early and got to the rings first (finished with 187 reps), but Caleb was just a few seconds behind (finished with 181 reps).
