Dr.Guerra a young psychology professor captivated his audience with a subject which is very relevant and interesting. Big Data is not a new topic, but Dr. Guerra is concerned about how much data young people are creativing and publishing through social media every day. His purpose is to help them realize the possitive or negative impact Big Data can have in their lives.He finishes his journey through it by leaving them a question to reflect on, "How is Big Data impacting your life?"


Dr. Guerra is a full-time psychology professor at a private university, Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra, in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He currently conducts research in classification methodologies, specifically improving statistical tools for longitudinal data analysis, and psychometrics, which include psychological tests standardization and validation for their use in the Dominican Republic. His substantive interests are academic and workplace performance, personality and emotions.
