Yoga Vitality - Level 1
Level 1 is our most basic workout, and all exercises are done from a chair. This workout focuses on breathing, gentle strengthening, and stretches. This is ideal for ANY fitness level. (That includes you, Grandma!)

Yoga Vitality is a comprehensive yoga workout program for healthy aging, emphasizing safe, effective yoga postures and gentle exercises to help build strength, increase flexibility, and improve day-to-day physical fitness.

This program is a combination of yoga postures, physical therapy, and gentle exercise. Itโ€™s perfect for strengthening and alleviating pain in your joints, getting rid of aches & discomfort, improving energy levels, and helping to prevent injury.

The program includes 4 levels of workouts to make it ideal for any senior fitness level. Each workout provides multiple background demonstrators, to help you choose the ideal modification of each exercise for you. Instruction emphasizes proper technique, including the target area, what you should (and shouldnโ€™t) feel, and how it helps your fitness.

Our goal for Yoga Vitality is to be the best chair yoga for seniors program in existence. We spent years developing this program, working with chair yoga professionals, physical therapists, and researching yoga for seniors to create a chair yoga program that would last for decades. -
