BEST Wing Chun Hand and Kicking Combination Training Method taken from the Wooden Dummy form and used to Improve Distance Control. This is a Wing Chun demonstration from a seminar in 2006, showing how to combine the hand and leg (Kicking) techniques derived from the Wooden Dummy Form in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

These are students of the London Wing Chun Academy (http://www.londonwingchun.co.uk) demonstrating a rarely trained method of gate system training. A method of Wing Chun training that develops an understanding of distance judgement, hand/leg co ordination, positional angle, and frame. Combination training is simply an extension of Wing Chun Wooden Dummy training, putting into practice the techniques of the Wooden Dummy in a liner format.
