Functional-10 Metabolic Workout #2 (Total 40 Minutes)
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest for 4 rounds before moving onto the next exercise.

1. Hinge – KB Swings
2. Push - Glute Bridge Chest press
3. Pull – Pull and Push Shoulder Single Arm Trap 3 Raise with Isometric Dumbbell Row
4. Lunge – Reverse Lunge to SDL
5. Carry/Core – Side Plank
6. Power – Single arm Push Press
7. Squats - Cycle Squats
8. Mobility/Crawl – Banded Lateral Marches
9. Balance – One Arm Bridge
10. Rotation – Plate Weighted Half Kneeling Rotations
