Welcome to the first "FOCUS" workout of BLOCK 1! Focus workouts are designed to help you improve specifically on your rowing technique through unique drills and workout challenges - all while burning calories and getting in a good sweat!
In this FOCUS routine, we work through the Pick Drill to kick off the day followed by intervals of specific focuses on certain components of the rowing stroke!
