"Form Focus" Progressive Rowing Technique Workout (1 of 2)

Welcome to the first "FOCUS" workout of BLOCK 1! Focus workouts are designed to help you improve specifically on your rowing technique through unique drills and workout challenges - all while burning calories and getting in a good sweat!

In this FOCUS routine, we work through the Pick Drill to kick off the day followed by intervals of specific focuses on certain components of the rowing stroke! There is no doubt about it - you will walk away from this routine a better rower than you were before you started!
