I will discuss how to disarm a narcissist and outsmart a narcissist while not accepting the blame they shift onto you. Narcissists lack something called object constancy and this leads to narcissistic injury and then narcissistic rage from the narcissist. The narcissist will try to control with gaslighting and this leads to a toxic relationship that has emotional abuse and mental abuse. You can try to grey rock (gray rock) to keep control, or you can use the phrases to disarm a narcissist and beat the narcissist in their game of control and manipulation.
